All sales are final, no returns are accepted, no exceptions (unless the item does not closely ressemble what we described and the pics lol...). All items are described to the best of our knowledge along with the actual unaltered pictures of the item (photographs often disclose condition far better than words). All items are sold as is, so ask all questions prior to buying, we will do our best to answer them promptly, and can always send additional pictures, so do not hesitate. If a defect is visible in the images it is considered disclosed to the buyer.
International buyers: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price, and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. The shipping time can be delayed by time spent in Customs which is beyond our control. We will not alter Customs documents to a lesser value as sold- please don't ask. We do not ship to certain countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia, Nigeria etc.…) where the post office has a repeated tendency to help themselves in the packages sent, sorry… In case of doubt, check with us prior to buying.
